Dreame’s “Supercar” Looks Suspiciously Like a Bugatti Chiron 🚗💨
So apparently, vacuuming up dust wasn’t enough for Dreame Technology. After years of sucking up crumbs from your living room floor, the company now wants to suck up Bugatti’s spotlight by building a luxury electric supercar. And guess what? The concept images look like someone hit “Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V” on a Bugatti Chiron… then stretched it a little in Photoshop.
From Vacuums to Vroom-Vrooms
Dreame’s founder, Yu Hao, dropped some renderings online showing their first-ever car, which is expected to debut at CES 2026. The internet’s reaction? A collective “Wait… is this a Bugatti on Wish.com?”
Even car media couldn’t resist: CarNewsChina literally titled their article “Looks Just Like a Bugatti Chiron.” Meanwhile, Carscoops went straight for the jugular: “A blatant copy that’ll probably have Bugatti’s lawyers sharpening their pencils.”
Spot the Difference (If You Can)
Sure, the headlights are a bit different, but the essentials are there: horseshoe grille, central spine, giant C-shape on the sides. From certain angles, you half-expect to see a Bugatti badge taped on with double-sided tape.
The interior is where Dreame tried to be original. Instead of Bugatti’s vertical row of gauges, Dreame’s concept has a giant screen and a two-spoke steering wheel. Basically, it’s less “hypercar cockpit” and more “Tesla with a gym membership.”
The Ambition Is Real
While Bugatti’s Chiron packs a 1,479-hp quad-turbo W16 (and its successor has a 1,775-hp V12 hybrid), Dreame’s car will be fully electric. Dreame claims they’ll use their vacuum motor technology—yes, the same ones that spin at 200,000 rpm in your robot vacuum—to build the “world’s fastest EV.” Imagine telling your friends: “Yeah bro, my car runs on vacuum cleaner DNA.”
