The Cat Who Fired His Human

They say cats are independent. But this one took it to the next level.

Meet Mr. Pickles — a fluffy orange cat who believes he’s the CEO of the house. Every morning, his human, Sarah, tries to start work. But Mr. Pickles has other plans. He jumps on the laptop, sits on the keyboard, and stares at her like: “You work for me now.”

When Sarah tries to move him, he slaps her hand — gently, but with authority. Then he lies down across the entire keyboard, sending random emails to her boss. Once, he even opened Zoom by accident… while Sarah was still in her pajamas. The boss said, “Nice to meet your supervisor.”

Over time, Mr. Pickles started running the house like a manager. He demanded snacks at 9 a.m., naps at 11, and mandatory cuddle breaks at 3. If Sarah was late, he’d knock things off the table as a warning. One cup, two pens, one plant — boom. Performance review completed.

One day, Sarah brought home a new office chair. She thought it would help her posture. Mr. Pickles thought it was a throne. The moment she sat down, he jumped on top, stared deep into her soul, and meowed like a king announcing, “You’re fired.” Sarah laughed so hard she posted the video online.

Within hours, it went viral. People commented things like “He’s not a pet, he’s upper management,” and “That cat just gave me workplace anxiety.” Even companies started joking that they wanted to hire him as their new boss.

Now Mr. Pickles has his own fan page — thousands of followers, daily updates, and even a fake business card that says: Chief Executive Meowficer.

Sarah says she never expected fame — she just wanted to keep her job. But the internet decided otherwise. And honestly, she’s fine with it. Because when your boss is a cat, every day is casual Friday.

So next time your pet interrupts your work, don’t get mad. Maybe they’re just reminding you to take a break… or firing you for fun. Either way, it’s probably deserved.
